However, when you wear Invisalign invisible aligners no one is able to tell that you are having your teeth straightened because the aligners are virtually invisible while they are being worn. Depending on the bite problem being corrected your set of aligners will have anywhere between 15 and 45 aligners in it. Each aligner is worn for two weeks. The aligners are worn 23 hours a day, but are removed for meals and tooth brushing and flossing. This means that you are able to eat just about anything you want during the Invisalign treatment.
